With over 15 years mediation experience in the NHS and as a holder of the ACAS Certificate in Internal Workplace Mediation, I can mediate between staff who are in conflict and provide them with the opportunity to restore their relationship.

My prices and services are straightforward and easy to understand:

Mediation Pricing: 

• Initial Call with Employer to Discuss Case and Evaluate Suitability for Mediation (45 Mins) Price – Free

• 1-1 Online Video Calls with Each Party to Discuss the Case and Obtain Consent (60-90 Minutes) Price – £250 includes both calls

• Face to Face Joint Meeting in your Organisation (3.5 Hours) Price-£950 

• Total price £1200* (No VAT is Payable)

 *If 3.5 hours isn't sufficient for a joint meeting then additional time is billed at £125 per full hour. Exact price may vary by 10% based on location.
